Nah...his understanding of team defense is woefully bad too. Stan had to bench him against Brooklyn because he kept losing Lopez on flair outs and over-helping and not being able to close while Lopez kept lighting him up from the outside. After the last Lopez bucket Stan jumped out his seat, damn near had a stroke and benched him for the rest of the game. He's slow to understand what's being told to him on the fly and can't process it well enough to let his natural ability allow him the defender he should be. He's not even 21 yet so even if Stan gives up somebody will think they can turn him in to a star.
Drummond is 23 breh

Yeah I'm certain Stan ain't anticipate this when he got there. He seems all the way disinterested. I honestly don't think he likes playing ball...but the checks are good so:manny:

Those Drummond>>AD threads:dame:

That was the major concern of him coming out of college regarding his commitment and dedication to the game. He was solid last year but has regressed so bad now. Granted his team is poorly constructed and sucks but good to greats rise above that. He just seems content to collect a check

Team isn't even that bad I hate that excuse for some players
Knicks are poorly constructed and bad
Kings were poorly constructed and bad
This pistons roster top to bottom is at worst top 5 in the east yet they under achieve behind their "all star" center and injury plagued point guard

Yea they are. No shooting. Redundant skill sets. No bench. Jackson has been hurt but I've never been sold on him being a starting PG of a contending team. Only true valuable asset imo is KCP

Seems like young Dre needs to be motivated and I don't know how that happens but the Pistons should tread lightly before they think about getting rid of him. He still has all the potential in the world. He's still young and better than Deandre Jordan was at this point in their careers. If he improves that ft shooting to even 50 percent he'll be able to stay on the court more and that 15 and 14 will turn into 20 and 17 plus he still has time to become a dominant defender. It's not like he is 26/27 and you can say he is what he is. The only thing that stops him from becoming the most dominant pure big in the league is himself.
