How can you ignore the fact that Dre only has FOUR touchdowns this year? FOUR.

Calvin Johnson only has FIVE TDs this season….is AJ better than HIM, too? :usure:

You’re basically trying to say he’s better because he has more TDs….that’s flawed logic, B.

Not saying just because he has more TDs, moreso that he has more TDs with less surrounding talent.

To me, getting in the endzone is the absolute highest priority for WRs.

then there's other things you can't really quantify like route running, which AJ may very well be the best in the league at already. Roddy is up there too.

Dawg…as I said, IF AJ does this consistently over the same amount of time as Dre, then yeah….but if Dre is still producing at a high rate RIGHT NOW, in addition to already having a Pro-Bowl career, how is AJ so much better than him to where nikkas talmbout “slam your head in a car door” and shyt? :childplease:

You know? There’s not this wide ass chasm betwixt the two of these dudes that some of these cats are tryin' to suggest.

Dog...I'm talking about this season. AJ is going to have years over him because...**gasp** he's been in the league longer. Dre is producing at a high rate now....no question. But as it stands living in the "now," I'd take AJ over Andre...and that's not something I thought coming into this season. But I knew AJ was the best route runner I've seen come out of college the past ten years. Dude is Henry Ellard with size and speed. Clean routes....runs them like they're drawn.

AJ is the best WR in football,i dont care what nobody says dude is the best i seen since Rice

:whoa:

Moss nicca.

Today, Fitz to me is :king:

Calvin and Dre are better than AJ at the moment.

Marshall is just as good playmaker as AJ.

If you take all the top WRs and put them on equal footing (let's say they all take turns in Saints offense), who you think would beast the most? Fitz would absolutely kill it.

I will say this though....he's the best route runner since Rice.

He's the best route runner today, but you think his route running was better than Marvin's? That dude's route running was
Yeah. I think so. I think he runs cleaner routes man.

marvin had godly speed. This dude isn't even THAT fast. He just straight lines his routes so cleanly man. shyt is unreal.

We just gon' hafta agree to disagree, my G....'preciate the differing perspective, though. :salute:

Gresham - 2 catches for 7 yards
Daniels - 9 catches for 91 yards

And Arian Foster had eight catches out of the backfield...that's more than any Bengals WR AND is only two catches less Green, Jones and Hawkins combined.

I'm not trying to shyt on the Bengals (they're gonna be pretty good next year if they get a damn RB and a legit #2 WR/possession guy) as much as I'm trying to get back to the original premise of the thread, to wit: not seeing how Dalton had better weapons. Particularly from a consistency standpoint.

Even if Dre didn't play, the Texans still have better weapons than the Bengals.

That's how much better Foster is than EVERYBODY(including AJ) on the Bengals.
