Talent was there it just wasn't being managed properly. I am not his biggest fan but I gotta say the job that is doing in NE is . Dude basically has Brady and some nikkas that were playing pickup in the street and they are the two seed. Not sure the Chiefs would be so good if they lost their top 4 recievers and their best non QB on offense (Charles). Rivera has pretty much done the same thing that Andy did.

It's even harder to win ballgames without talent. The Chiefs had the talent, they weren't as bad as their record or reputation suggested. Andy comes in and isn't a complete idiot and rides Charles and that D chocked full of pro bowlers from last year to a good season. Not the best coaching job but he will probably win though.

I said it back when they were like 3-0. The team has a good defense if you look at the players there. Nothing but pro bowlers. And the offense had the perfect type of weapons that typically worked in Andy Reid's Eagles teams

Nah...you can't play that game. A lot of folk thought they could make waves at 3-0....but I'm talking before the season started. Not a chance.
