It's even harder to win ballgames without talent. The Chiefs had the talent, they weren't as bad as their record or reputation suggested. Andy comes in and isn't a complete idiot and rides Charles and that D chocked full of pro bowlers from last year to a good season. Not the best coaching job but he will probably win though.

you know what? I would give it to Bruce Arians.

I like his style. The cardinals had a stretch of real bad season downs there (and remember when they couldnt find a qb?), then Arians shows up and hes out there winning games with palmer. I would like to see what he does with a full off season and the draft coming up.

They are overrated but that's not their fault. I still think they're a wildcard in the playoffs. Could see them either getting blown out or blowing teams out. I have a feeling Andy's going to be Andy and throw the ball too much instead of running.

Andy has to win cause his team was in the worst shape previous year than any of the other coaches. Not to mention dude killing himself there too. The whole Chief's franchise was in a huge downfall and he came in and made them Super Bowl Contenders in 1 year. Did it with Alex Smith too, How isn't Andy a lock for Coach of the Year.

I said it back when they were like 3-0. The team has a good defense if you look at the players there. Nothing but pro bowlers. And the offense had the perfect type of weapons that typically worked in Andy Reid's Eagles teams
