There has been first round picks that have been cut during their rookie training camp that ended up never playing in the WNBA.
During the off-season there was some people saying that Angel wasn't spending enough time improving her game.
I'm not even gonna cap it, none of her teammates attempting to move around the court besides Cardoso after the 4th brick is just as bad.
You literally see 2 players within 2 feet of each other at the top of the arc, but BOTH corners are empty
!You literally only see 2 of her teammates in the frame up until the last couple of seconds.
Her offensive game is legit horrible, but what the fúck kind of team ball is that?

CC is just someone who can manipulate and control the game on a high level. She’s an orchestrator. She understands how to actually play basketball and has elite advanced skills. She sets things up for herself and other players. She can point players to be in an area to attack weak points.
Reese is a scrappy player with no legit offensive fundamentals. She’s not even really boxing out to help her own team get rebounds (yes, that’s legit a thing). Defensively she not even an anchor, more like a 1v1 scrappy defender. She plays purely reactive.
It’s like comparing a QB or Safety to a Full Back or Slot Corner.
