Not only do I keep the strap on me, but I would've done something, drive your vehicle into him or his car when he tries to leave or flee the situation, do something.

If someone would've approached him and shot him they'd be covered nationally by ccw laws. It's pretty much a textbook situation.
A. He was physically assaulting the party
B. He had a weapon
C. Imminent threat or danger was present.

Call the cops and keep recording; fukk intervening in a situation like that because the way she stuck about with that gun out, took them punches without trying to move away got me thinking that this is a domestic dispute between a couple and she'll more than likely cry and tell the cops you White Knight'd without her permission and look to get you knocked.

She could try. However a person can't get charged for trying to help. They'd have to prove that the situation didn't warrant intervention or that you intervened after being told not to.
It's like if you administered cpr to an unconscious party or someone was choking and you gave them the heimlich or pulled someone out of a body of water and they tried to sue you.
