I feel you and I commend you. But me personally I wouldn't get anywhere near that shyt. Dude is angry, carrying a gun, and viciously assaulting a woman...jumping in to save her is a risk I can't afford to take. I got a son to live for.

You're asking why is a coward a coward? Why is a thief a thief? Why does a murderer murder? Why does a rapist rape?

Because to a certain extent they can get away with it. They feel emboldened. They know even for an instance that someone won't stop them and someone even like the thrill of someone attempting to.

If stores didn't have cameras, didn't have security guards and it was up to people to "do the right thing" and pay for what they took. Theft would be through the roof. Even though most stores have a policy where they won't chase you although if you're caught you will be persecuted to the fullest extent of the law, crime is still prevalent.

Nobody is blaming the victim or deflecting from the criminal, however the fact is he knew he could get away with it, at least for a while. He could be arrested tomorrow but the damage is already done.
