I have stood by and watched females get mopped by dudes. It wasn't my problem. They was adults and got themselves in that situation. Nowadays, depending on the fevor of the moment or how I'm feeling I would interject, especially if it's a cac or Latino beating down a sista. They cape for theirs so why not cape for ours. However that gotdammit he holding would make anyone freeze because you don't want to now be the focus of his wrath. Besides, any y'all every been in a shoot out or get shot at? Your brain shuts down unless you got certain muscle memory or training to react.

She could try. However a person can't get charged for trying to help. They'd have to prove that the situation didn't warrant intervention or that you intervened after being told not to.

It's like if you administered cpr to an unconscious party or someone was choking and you gave them the heimlich or pulled someone out of a body of water and they tried to sue you.

I've been in situations where I stepped into to stop domestic abuse, pretty much pushing the guy out of the way or letting him know that I'm the 'bigger' breh in stopping him from doing shyt and when the cops came, I got my head severed by one or both parties in some form or fashion.

Now has these situations made me weary as hell when it comes to domestic abuse/situations like this? Hell yeah. Will I stop intervening if a woman's life is in danger? Hell naw. But am I going to put myself at risk in such a situation like this even if I have a gun? Hell, No. Call the authorities and keep recording; I'd only pull my piece out of he started using or attempt to use his on her or worse, myself, but I ain't see none of that in that vid which makes me say "They gotta know each other..." which only reinforces my decision to stay out of shyt like that which can turn volatile easy.

Might sound callous and what's not but in situations like this, being a bit selfish is the only favorable outcome for you unless you want to roll the dice and see how your life can get upended by the bullshyt they got going on as well.

Call the cops and keep recording; fukk intervening in a situation like that because the way she stuck about with that gun out, took them punches without trying to move away got me thinking that this is a domestic dispute between a couple and she'll more than likely cry and tell the cops you White Knight'd without her permission and look to get you knocked.

I believe they are Stangers and both got into a fight because she was blocking his way or some shyt like that.

In life you won't always be thanked, appreciated, acknowledged, or praised for what you do even when you have the best intentions. That shouldn't stop you from doing what you feel is right.

It's a great idea. Most criminals flee when confronted. Sometimes you can yell "hey!" Sometimes you can just be visibly seen, just physically walking toward someone engaged in bad behavior while cause them to flee. People watch movies and think criminals or people are some how accountable for their actions or will take responsibility for their situation. When people are caught, confronted most people try to or want to get the fukk outta there.
