Police Identify Man Who Beat Woman For Blocking Parking Lot Exit
He attacked her for blocking the exit of a parking lot. Basically he was trying to leave and she wasn't moving fast enough so he pulls out a gun.
"Police were called an arrested Shuffield for aggravated assault causing injury, interference with an emergency call and public intoxication."
That's all he was charged with?? No charges for brandishing and threatening her with the gun?
They also should've charged him with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
