This the petty shyt my coworkers do, they are changing the chairs on the floor slowly but surely so this crazy woman taped her name to the chair so no one would take it

@DrX you should bump that customer service thread. are you still working at that bullshyt place? im dead ass thinking of just not showing up next week...these cacs too advantage of from when i was being nice and doing too much favors for them. i tell you multiple times i wanna work at a certain time of the day and you ignore it. plus my front end supervisor who was talking shyt about me behind my back(found out from one of my coworkers).

some girls have come and gone though that looked real good and that i would fukk

Last job I had I kept telling my manager I couldn't work certain days out the week, but I could work these days. It was a mom and pop sushi place. She kept fukking up my schedule, she would send it out on a weekly basis in a huge group chat with the owners of the restaurant all their cousins and shyt. So the last time she did that shyt to me I responded "fukk it I'm out" to all they people. Never went back again.

its literally like politics. you saw how i mentioned the manager before her took requests but she doesn't right? lol just like politics. obviously in my case and your case i bet the person in charge of your manager is the one who gets the last word on the schedules and they will tell them to deny or approve a request depending on if they like you or some trivial ass reason. for example at my job the manager got a bonus for cutting hours earlier in the year.

my manager before this one probably gave in less to the manager and was strict with them about letting the "kids" get the hours they want whether they want more hours or watever. she was well liked for that reason but i heard rumors the general manager who was supposed to be her boss was scared of her...short italian guy and she is tall as hell lol

Your absolutely right, it was like that at the sushi place. You literally had to brown nose to get hours. It was fukking bullshyt, and no one that spoke English was above this lady. Everyone spoke Japanese so trying to talk to whoever was above her was out the question.
