he was shooting it out with the police after a 6 hour stand off with the police, they were responding to a call where breh was shooting at people's apartment. This woman called police after a few bullets went into her home.
This really ain't the case to be protesting over

Sounds justified.
If thats the case black people should just stick with the facts of the deadly encounter. Rather than celebrating,or trying to immortalize the people themselves. Would keep situations like this from happening.

She’s a primary source and victim. She provided pictures of her home. She would get more money blaming the cops.
We can't pick and choose who has rights and who doesn't. If the dude was guilty of committing a crime then he should get to go to court and be sentenced. Even if he's sentenced to death at least he got his constitutional right to trial. He's an American citizen. If we start deciding people can just die on the street and not enforce constitutional rights then we can go the other extreme and just decide "No, nah, we're not going to arrest this person." "We aren't going to investigate this crime." Everyone needs to be held to the same standard.

If you're mad about your traffic stop, domestic drama, or any crime that occurs, a uniformed police officer ain't the one to take it up with. They don't make laws, they don't hand down sentences or verdicts. So when the fukk up and we don't like what they do, whether it's kill people, or just let them go, it's important to let it be known that the shyt isn't ok.

It may very well be, but what caused him to shoot initially? Mental illness? Was there something going on between him and the neighbor?
I just need more details than that.
Not saying the police were in the wrong or she isn't justified to feel a type of way - but I need more to develop a full picture of why whatever happened, happened.
Has nothing to do with protecting the criminal. They are looking out for the criminals safety or well being. When they kill a suspect on the street, prior to any court or trial they are violating his constitutional right to a trial. If they can capture terrorists and war criminals and transport them to Guantanamo Bay, they can get a black man to jail.
Do you know how many black men die enroute to jail? Or get seriously injured? Broken neck? Broken back? Asphyxiation? Brain injury?
It's almost a blessing if you get arrested to actually make it to jail, if your black.
So buddy got full on sniped for an alleged attempt, on the other hand cac shooters routinely get apprehended without a single scratch on them after murdering several folks.

He fired into a woman's apartment with her and her children inside. He then fired at the cops and got put down. I'm not sure what else needs to be discussed.

Why do you nikkas immediately hop into deflect mode whenever this shyt comes up? He shot into a woman's apartment and could've easily killed her and her kids. Stick to the actual story. In this instance, yes, he's better off dead.
His family said he had mental issues. Regardless, he was actively shooting at the cops after shooting up people's houses, what exactly should they have done? This wasn’t some unarmed breh getting shot in the back, this was a active shooter putting people's lives in jeopardy. The cops waited for six hours trying to deescalate the situation, they showed plenty of restraint.
