We can't pick and choose who has rights and who doesn't. If the dude was guilty of committing a crime then he should get to go to court and be sentenced. Even if he's sentenced to death at least he got his constitutional right to trial. He's an American citizen. If we start deciding people can just die on the street and not enforce constitutional rights then we can go the other extreme and just decide "No, nah, we're not going to arrest this person." "We aren't going to investigate this crime." Everyone needs to be held to the same standard.
People get mad and scream about white privilege when a white person does something stupid and white cops just let them go like "

" people are judges, jurors nor executioners. They are the conduit to the system. If you're mad about your traffic stop, domestic drama, or any crime that occurs, a uniformed police officer ain't the one to take it up with. They don't make laws, they don't hand down sentences or verdicts. So when the fukk up and we don't like what they do, whether it's kill people, or just let them go, it's important to let it be known that the shyt isn't ok.
