For those of you who are immigrants or have family members here that are undocumented... it def seems like its a matter of time before ICE finds them. Especially with their huge budget increase and hiring 10,000 officers.

Immigration issue aside, dude was reckless. He had a previous gun charge AND a deportation order for overstaying his 1999 student visa and was STILL arrogant enough to be walking around with a gun. He played himself by being arrogant and will probably be the last ever black superintendent for that school district. Dude was earring $270k and still couldn’t behave himself and lay low.

I honestly think he would’ve gotten a pass if it was a routine traffic stop and he didn’t have the gun or flee the scene. He does look dapper in his ICE photo though.

Edit- He got married 8 years ago. Either his wife is also undocumented, or again his arrogance of not feeling like he needed to get his documents in order.

You’d be shocked at how incompetently some background checks are done. Especially if done by a 3rd party. I know of an org that hired a senior accountant who had an armed robbery conviction that made the news and everything. Started as a temp and the agency never conducted a check.

Most background checks are done by third party companies. Employment background checks use companies like hire right who outsource a lot of they shyt to India. It makes it super easy to finesse shyt cause most discrepancies they will just ask you to provide proof, and you can easily submit some fake paperwork/documents and they will honor it.
