It's one thing to not be interested in voting in a national election when you aren't thrilled with any of the candidates, but shyt like this that affects the livelihood of those in the community? I'd be hosting all manner of events to get ppl involved and motivated to get those motherfukkers out of office.

Bruh, there are SOOOOO many times I see races come down to a few hundred or even 100 or less votes where thousands of people were eligible to cast their ballot. Imagine if that race went the other way and in a year people like "This Republican CAC is ruining our city. fukk the Democrats" when had that sonbytch hit the poll, he would have at least caused a tie. Hell, get a few friends in, they win the race. But nah, we ignore all the little races and talk collectively about parties like we solved a rubix cube by not voting.

Also, when someone sucks, you can vote them out. Depending on the office and local laws, you might even be able to recall the hoe. This "blindly" voting shyt is a dumb ass talking point. Information about folks past, present, and platform are public knowledge. If people deem someone fit to stand for office, it is not blind because you don't approve.
