I'd guess that OKC wins this series. Not because of home court advantage, but because the Denver series is what they needed to push them try harder and stay more focused.

Minnesota beat two pretty easy opponents and they might come out looking chilled.

Unless Ant Man remembers what happened last year in conference finals and stays focused since game 1, then we have a series.

I agree u not gonna get blowouts but they still didn't look that impressive. If Steph was playing and healthy....Warriors could've easily won that series. Robin needed his Batman.

And that's a fair critique too.

But I think the difference here is, Minny's flaws have been less exposed because they've faced teams with a more considerable imbalance. At least the Thunder have been met with some resistance, whereas Minny has been playing downhill all postseason, causing folks to overrate them. Whereas we've had posters disrespect OKC and underrate them.

I honestly think playing the Grizzlies is why we struggled coming into this series, its gard to go from playing probably a lottery team to a legit top 5 in the league team

I'm a go Wolves in 6 but if it goes 7 Thunder will win at home. in 4 games this year, Minnesota scored 113, 101, 130, 128. The point of this is to show that this OKC defense can be scored on. Wolves front court matches up well . We can switch everything and still get stops. One thing about this series is that Ant and Shai don't have to be great. Pick your spots and don't force the action. Jalen or Chet can win a game for the Thunder. Same with Wolves. Randle, McDaniels, Naz can win a game or 2 as well. Now the question is who can impact the series more between Caruso and Rudy? Yes Caruso comes off the bench his ability to change a game defensively can really change momentum. Same with Rudy being able to rim protect and rebound.

Y’all remember Ant gassed in last years WCF?

The Wolves beat the Lakers because the Lakers had no big, but more than that, had no D that could stay in front of Wolves on the perimeter.

Similarly, the Warriors tried to combat that by playing zone but the Wolves figured it out by game 3.

OKC is loaded - this is the worst matchup for the Wolves. Their shooting is always up and down but now you can’t run through the perimeter as you have Dort, Wallace, Caruso, JDub and even Wiggins to tire Ant down.

The only possible way I can see the Wolves winning is by keeping OKC to less than 100 points on 3 occasions and maybe taking 1 more on a typical Wolves outlier crazy 3 point night.
