Alot of people I chill with are unvaccinated or have took one shot of the vaccine. I don't know anyone in my circle that has took two doses.

This is bad logic esp when the chances of you dying from covid are like 2%. Even without this 90% protection your chances of dying and probably long term effects are low(that part I don't know so I'm willing to give folks that) are slim. With that being said why would I look at my homeboy like you claim unless you and your family flabby.

No one ever said the vaccine is 100% effective. They've always said it's like 90% effective. That's been the news reports since the beginning.

Vaccines are like bullet proof vests. You take a couple bullets to the chest (catch covid) and you can potentially still survive as opposed to taking bullets to the chest without a vest on.

You can however still get head shots that will take you up on outta here (headshots in this case meaning extremely high viral load that the vaccine and your body can't handle).

However when you know bullets are flying (meaning, covid is running rampant), you would rather have that vest on than not have it on. A good chance of survival is better than no chance of survival.

The media, the president did make it seem like once you got the shot....

you were good. And people surely have been living their life with that energy. No mask, no social distancing, traveling freely, hanging out in large crowds ect.
