Because no one knows what the fukk this MRNA Technology shyt is about. This is the first time they have been putting that shyt in vaccines.

  • mRNA – Also known as messenger ribonucleic acid, mRNA is the only active ingredient in the vaccine. The mRNA molecules contain the genetic material that provide instructions for our body on how to make a viral protein that triggers an immune response within our bodies. The immune response is what causes our bodies to make the antibodies needed to protect us from getting infected if exposed to the coronavirus.

  • The genetic material is man made and not naturally from the body. This genetic material could have flaws with the instructions it gives to your body.

Soooo you less wary of a disease with certified bodies (which is getting worse mind you) than a vaccine :dead:

Once again, make it make sense. I'm sure theres a myriad of things you've consumed in your life where you don't have 100 percent certainty "what it is" :mjlol:

If this was some sinister plot to cull the earth its the most convoluted possible way to do so considering the hundreds of ways they could do so easier. But at the end oft the day its your life. Personally I wouldn't play a wait and see game for his corona shyt but its your perogative.

The viral load in vaccinated people is substantially lower (because of the antibodies from the vaccination neutralizing them) meaning that there isn't enough of the virus in their system to infect others to the extent unvaccinated people have. Since there is less virus, there's less chance of it replicating and creating a mutant/variant strain.

Breh this should be science 101. Jokers been living in a world of HIV for 40 years talking about viral loads.

You and I talked about it last year how folks were getting sick with covid and how it was most likely the viral loads they were exposed to. Which also brings it back to my home girl who died from covid which took her out in 6 days. She worked as a physical therapist in a retirement home...the retirement home ended having a covid outbreak in March 2020.

no problem about the phone. i made my posts in a bit of a rush as well so could have expressed the point better (in a more fulsome manner) earlier.

it appears to me that leaky immunity and/or leaky transmission are going to push the theoretical herd immunity threshold up, possibly above 100%.

I ain’t felt no different
I got five nephews and nieces in my house so I didn’t wanna get them fukked up

Actually saw this earlier.

What's the full context of the quote he's reading? Seems like he was disappointed in the person making such a brash statement. At least that's what I remember while I was listening to the video in the background.

My bad, I made that post with my phone.

I meant to type

Also if the UK administered the second mRNA shot after the recommended 3 week period I would consider that delayed

I forgot to add the bolded.

But yeah, accurately talking about herd immunity on a macro level with a couple sentences is fukking hard especially knowing that a new variant can fukk it up.

On a molecular level, I would personally hope for the antibodies to inhibit viral replication and limit the possibility of creating new variants as well as limiting the spread

But then you have 4.6 billion people living in third world nations where getting vaccinated seems like a far off goal. Chances are, those same people will unfortunately throw another variant in the mix that we'll have to deal with once we get past the Delta strain.

Boosters will be needed.

I'm spitballing a little bit, This is a problem better managed by an actual epidemiologist.

interesting ...

"The Delta variant and waning immunity against transmission mean herd immunity may well be impossible even if every single American gets a shot."

What characteristics of the chickenpox and it's respective vaccine make it different than the coronavirus and it's respective vaccines?

Chickenpox has a higher R0 than delta and it's respective vaccine has a lower efficacy at 90% than the mRNA vaccines but somehow herd immunity was still achieved.

And as far as the waning immunity they speak of, antibodies always wane whether it be from naive infection or a vaccine. Effectiveness from Severe disease and hospitalization remained the same due to memory b and T cells.

how many times can you catch chicken pox? what does that stat distribution look like?

I'll gladly answer your question if you answer mine first old friend

We can pick a different disease and vaccine if you want.

The polio vaccine doesn't provide sterilizing immunity either yet somehow it's been eradicated in many countries.

How do vaccines / your immune system work anyway?

theres no trace of the mRNA from the vaccine after 2 weeks, so i don't know what flaws you're concerned about.

nah. let's deal with your first question then.

The Wrong Side of the Tracks

understand now?

20-25% of people vaccinated against chickenpox have 'breakthrough' infections. That's 1-in-4.

Two-dose varicella vaccine effectiveness and rash severity in outbreaks of varicella among public school students - PubMed

Varicella rates among unvaccinated and one-dose vaccinated healthy children in Izmir, Turkey - ScienceDirect

COVID breakthrough infections are about 1-in-5,000.....

Breakthrough Infections: Coronavirus After Vaccination

The other difference is the vast majority of this country is vaccinated against chickenpox. Meanwhile.....'Muh FrEeDumbz!!!! ' is keeping this disease around longer.

Damn near 99 percent of ppl who caught Covid are still alive

:yeshrug:

Correct me if I’m wrong…isn’t your body natural immunity to it once caught better then getting the vaccine?

800k bodies in 17 months

130mill vaccinated...less then 0.0001 died of vaccine reaction
