Seems like that is selective

How many criminals do y'all think are hiding in Bali? It's not some resort for Americans under indictment. People only think that because Russell Simmons moved there not realizing he was never charged with a crime.

If the US contacts them and asks for them to extradite someone to stand trial they most likely will. They sent someone back for investment fraud so unless Antonio Brown has close ties with someone in their government they'll probably ship his ass out in a heartbeat.

Like I said it's selective there is no treaty so it's probably done on a ad hoc basis that's really pay to play.

Why you are so angry seems strange but hey be anfry

They don't have a treaty though so I would take it, it's a case by case basis.

As evidence through Russell simmons laying low there
If you search you will see multiple Americans have been extradited back to the U.S. from Indonesia. A country not having an extradition treaty does not mean they will not extradite, just like having one does not mean they will.

That's cool. Does Indonesia have an extradition treaty with the US? If they don't it would be logical to assume it's adhoc determination not a guarantee right?

If you are wanted for attempted murder they would probably not want you.
Probably depends on the person and if money changes hands

If we are assuming corruption and bribes, why would an extradition treaty matter. Might as well assume that he can go to any country and pay them for a citizenship and for them to refuse :russell:

What video did you nikkas watch

Hawking somebody down is not self defense
There’s a reason why he fled
Im like, is there a second vid going around or something? Nothing could be called self defense when he chased down someone, after the situation was over, and shot them/shot at them.

This aint even like Chaka Zulu situation, where he let shots off damn near instantly after getting jumped.

Extradition treaty usually make it a non starter with no variation for both parties. Due to law at the top level of both nations.

Non extradition treaty makes things depend on the will of those involved. So pretty simple concept.

Beam, 50, of Woodridge, fled the United States after being released on bond in January 2020. The U.S. Marshals Service located Beam in Bali, Indonesia, and he was detained there in July 2020 on an INTERPOL Red Notice by the Indonesia National Police, National Central Bureau, and INTERPOL. On Jan. 27, 2021, Beam was deported from Indonesia and returned in custody to Chicago. He pleaded not guilty to ten counts of wire fraud and mail fraud during his arraignment Wednesday afternoon before U.S. Magistrate Judge Heather K. McShain in Chicago.

Golose said there is no extradition agreement between Indonesia and the U.S., but the two nations have police-to-police cooperation arrangements that would enable Beam to be deported to his homeland.

People need to stop thinking countries that do not have treaties with us will not get your ass out of there if the government comes knocking.

That's cool you posted two articles about the same guy. What does that do to change anything. I already said apparently they do a extradite on an ad hoc basis?
