Analyze if this is truly a woman you want to work with, as “shy” to me could also mean no matter what you do, it’s simply you as a whole she’s shy with. Could be bold with another man she wants to be bold with.

From my experience, absolutely. The quiet, shy ones (not all of course) be the main ones LOVING to sukk D and freaky as hell in the bed.
