I've got a fishing kayak. Lot less hassle than a boat and you can get it into a lot of places a boat can't go. I want a higher seat though.

I would get a 20ft center counsel w/ outboard motor. Perffct for fishing, or just riding around or tubing...
Gas isnt bad and annual maintence on it ran me on avg like 500 a yr.

Don't forget constant cleaning if it's not in freshwaterHmm..I plan on keeping it in my back yard. My house came with a area to park a boat. I'll also use a trailer and get gas myself. I think that should save me a ton right there
