For whatever reason sometimes I wake up feeling mad nervous for no reason.

Any Coli brehs got any suggestions for some natural remedies to calm that down.

By the way I don't smoke weed anymore because all it does is make me too sleepy, and honestly it impairs my judgment

D vitamin supplements + Omega 3 + magnesium should take care of the physical side of things if you have a deficiency of some sort (which it seems like I did, so supplementing with those 3 helped me tremendously, don't even get seasonal depression any more).

If you want to alleviate the symptoms immediately, try breathing exercises.

Do you work out regularly? The nervous energy could mean that you simply have excess energy because you're too sedentary. Regular physical exercise would 100% help.

Exercise really is the cheat code for mental health.

Find what suits your vibe, even just walking in nature generates immense benefits as it causes your energy to circulate freely. Grounding barefoot onto the Earth is also very helpful.

An adjustment to your diet might also be necessary. I know that when I was on Keto and had to significantly reduce carb intake and cut off all processed sugar, my mind was super clear and I felt calmer than ever. Maybe you don't have to go to that level, just cut out the bullshyt from your diet.

Cut out caffeine entirely or significantly reduce it. Green tea helps with relaxation if you need an alternative to coffee. Regular black tea will also do. I removed coffee from my diet and it's been amazing.
