Gotta be KSM-66 as its the most active form made from the part of the plant you actually want. Most supplements are fake though so make sure you cop from a trusted brand and not white label suppliers until you know how the authentic does its thing. Then you have a benchmark for the rest to see if the content matches the label.

Magnesium really is the key though as its responsible for 100s of mechanisms in the body and most people are very deficient in it, especially if they're active or eat a lot of processed foods/partake in caffeine. Avoid anything which is a blend that contains the Oxide version as its useless and actually uses up more resources than it brings to the table.

I do. Therapy did not work, but medication did.

Go to a doctor, get a referral. Not saying medication is your answer, but something will work for you.

Medication hasn’t fukked with me at all (besides the first week adjusting), it’s been like, 9 months now.

I have smoked weed since I was 18, i still do, but the anxiety caught up with me eventually.

My dad died. So i’d chalk it up to that

drank a red bull week ago. after couple months 0 caffeine felt off for about a day

Yeah I have horrible anxiety that whenever I have a severe attack, I've usually had caffeine within 24 hours. I don't have a tolerance for any caffeine now. I feel off for 4-6 hours drinking an 8 oz can of pepsi.

Certains strains of weed do the same thing.

Find what suits your vibe, even just walking in nature generates immense benefits as it causes your energy to circulate freely. Grounding barefoot onto the Earth is also very helpful.

I think that maybe trying to get to the root of what you feel anxiety about might be a start. Sometimes the inner conversations we have with ourselves can trigger these things or make them worse.

yeah I'm definitely staying away from any type of caffeine, I already don't drink coffee, but I'm not even drinking tea
