Look into Low Dose Naltrexone. Everyone I've reffed who had digestive issues was over the moon with their guts after treatment.

Before and after. Graphic warning:

Really cheap, safe, tested and very, very effective but oddly most doctors won't say a thing about it nor recommend it. Wonder why?

It really is astounding.

Folks have literally been crying tears of joy after the recommendation and its effects as they'd tried everything else to no avail before they came my way and after were all "Why da hell does nobody know about this?". Let me know how it goes when you've tried them. Research the modality and dosage (around 4.5mg per night) as there is plenty of sound advice and info on the net as its a very grassroots movement by those who've felt the benefits after years, if not decades, of suffering and pointless "solutions" that generate more side effects whilst masking the symptoms and leaving the cause unaddressed.

The silence is deafening from the establishment on this topic but the results speak for themselves. Make of that what you will.

@Complexion how are people getting it? They order it online through shady sources, or they actually convince the doc to write them a script?

It depends on their location and wisdom of the doc really. Some are with it because they know it works and off label uses/reduced doses ain't no thing due to the low risk whilst others won't entertain it at all because they feel their patient is dictating their terms of care to them and they've never been taught about it. Ironic considering most "solutions" they prescribe are worthless with side effects whilst this actually works very quickly with no ills.

Its quite cheap though and thus not something that is faked if you source responsibly online but recently people have been using those "Prescribe For Me" private doctor services which have started popping up online where you just describe your symptoms and they sell you the Naltrexone direct:

I've been putting people on for a decade and think this protocol is bubbling on a come up and in 23 will become a lot more well known purely due its track record, amount of conditions it treats without side effects and how cheap it is. Be prepared for some crazy dreams! It certainly seems to heal on many levels as the visions themselves are often symbolic and relate to the root cause of the symptoms so its a great springboard for self development if you want to take it to another level of wellness and coherence.

Do your research on contraindications, how to mix, store, dose and the rest or pay someone who knows what they're doing as even though its low dose its a heavy duty medication that deserves respect.

Gotta be KSM-66 as its the most active form made from the part of the plant you actually want. Most supplements are fake though so make sure you cop from a trusted brand and not white label suppliers until you know how the authentic does its thing. Then you have a benchmark for the rest to see if the content matches the label.

Magnesium really is the key though as its responsible for 100s of mechanisms in the body and most people are very deficient in it, especially if they're active or eat a lot of processed foods/partake in caffeine. Avoid anything which is a blend that contains the Oxide version as its useless and actually uses up more resources than it brings to the table.
I've tried Cirate/Calm brand, didnt feel anything. Any rec's and brands?

Mine is compounded in the UK by someone I trust and I don't think he ships overseas as its a one man firm aimed at supplying professionals with pure formulations, zero additives and various types of Mg depending on clients spec/desired outcome.

Solgar and Swanson both do a chelated form of Magnesium Bisglycinate that is readily available worldwide and are reputable companies that compound their own products as well. In general avoid the stuff you see in big stores as its nearly always just Oxide (useless) and the white label resellers as its either underdosed, full of fillers or fake. Getting a 100% pure formulation which is the real deal with no extras or filler can be quite a challenge but the above two are quite decent and will let you feel the effects.

Magnesium is a very, very amazing mineral as various types of it do different things from helping you chill to boosting your energy or pain relief. Everyone is also deficient in it due to the way food is made these days and its the root cause of a lot of ills. Its also synergistic with Zinc Picolinate/Bisglycinate and a good B Vitamin complex as these (along with some secret ingredients that ice the cake and increase the restorative phase) form the base of my sleep solution that I might mass produce one day for retail sale.

Yep. I used to tell people to source themselves until I found a lot were buying the cheapest possible thing with the wrong/missing active ingredients from fake companies and weren't getting the proper effects. Bodybuilding suppliers are often the worst as well as those who compound ingredients in a blend that should only ever be taken separate otherwise they cancel each other out.

I'd say around 8/10 supplements out there are wrong in some way ranging from being under dosed to not containing anything active with a few being something totally different. Most don't know the real and just look at the price/hype vs being well informed with beneficial effects in mind. The real thing is life changing.

I live in the USA, New York to be exact. If I ever do try LDN I'll just find a compounding pharmacy to mix it for me. I don't know if I would trust myself to do it properly.

I checked with my PCP and she says that's the type of thing that she doesn't really prescribe because she doesn't know that much about it. She said that might be something more for mental health doctors to prescribe (although I feel like they'll definitely try to get someone on Lexapro, etc. instead).

Yeah, they will because they get paid that way and its all about hitting those targets. The link above has a search for providers in your area that can hook you up if you need a connect. Quite surprised to see how much steam LDN has picked up now as there was nothing like that a decade ago.

Its quite easy to mix from tablets if needs be, just certain things need to be heeded but then I'm speaking from the old days when this was very fringe and not many knew about it.

What other forums are out there where people talk about their experience using it, or is it mostly people on Reddit talking about it?

I couldn't say. Best check your searches using those keywords as there is bound to be lots of people speaking on it by now. The site I linked has lots of resources as they were one of the first to get the movement moving here.
