Actually. I do believe this cac officer gave me a ticket cause I was black tho. The area I was in at the time was and I got a ticket for not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign late at night with absolutely no other cars/traffic around I did one of those slow stops and go

Over time some people learn the difference between a white person and a cac imo. Just like people say "there's a difference between black people and nikkas!"
