Spent a few months out there...low key its a really dope city once you find your niche. Very underrated in terms of food...some amazing Asian spots out there, spots that hold their own vs. places in NY and LA. Also, some of the most beautiful landscapes / sunsets you can imagine.
Scottsdale / Old Towne is cool if you have the right crew. Black people are there, just very spread out and lack density. All the upper / upper-middle class black people seem to know each other and you'll get used to seeing the same faces. A friend got in good w/ some bouncers and football players out there so it was a good ass time.
Edit: Has some bad white chicks too if that's your thing. Just have to find the ones that aren't80% chance you end up dating out if you're a black male as black women are either
themselves or just not out there like that.

the first time I experienced it. Lots of red neck Confederate flag waving cacs too. First time I stayed out there I was staying way west away from the city in Buckeye and it was boring as shyt, so I now stay in Avondale or Chandler. Blacks are there but they seem to be on that
All in all it's a nice place to visit but I wouldn't want to live there, 3 months out the year is enough for me.
but then I remembered it's a red state, hell there's plenty of cacs in Indiana and Wisconsin that have confederate flags on their pickups.
