I'm relearning bass guitar.
My girl gifted me an Ibanez bass last summer but the shyt is wack
She doesn't know anything about instruments, so the bass came without a setup, completely unplayable.
Finally got a professional setup months ago, still buzzing around the 11th fret, the sounds and controls are all wacky.
Gonna trade it in for a precision bass eventually...or maybe a Tele bass if I can find one
I mostly wanna focus on reggae and R&B lines.

Y’all know any good acoustic songs? I’m not really an acoustic player other than learning some flamenco lines, RNB lines, finger styling one song and practicing out of the Berkeley book to keep my fingers sharp

Has anyone ever tried using Rocksmith?
I have a PC with an audio interface and an electric guitar. I used to take lessons and could read music and play a few songs but i forget. I remember how to read guitar tabs though since it was easy. Thinking about getting back into it.

Been a minute but I started guitar on it. Easier to just practice on hard instead of easy because it shows all the notes and chords. If you struggle, just slow it down to 10-20% and it'll speed up every time you get the phrase correct

I Started playing in...2011-12.
Learned mostly from Rocksmith and from youtube...I always had fun learning solos ..so Im an okay solo played and an average chord player
