I got a 2011 L322 (this is my second L322 I had a 2008 previously) . Expensive. I had to replace the front air suspension struts and the air compressor in the rear. Close to 4k in total. In my 8 years of Ownership it hasn't left me stranded. Yea its quiet. No i haven't been pulled over but I'm more of a cruising type of driver than an aggressive one. I would say no to turn heads with women because in NY its fairly common to see a rover especially in the hood and an older one at that.

in summary, not for the faint of heart

From my research they have a lot of gremlins in the electronics after the 1st owner.. Especially if the maintenance history isn't up to par..

Don't even think about being the 3rd owner..

Don't buy one with out a warranty. Once the warranty is up get rid of it.

I had a 2019 Range Rover Velar which is usually driven by women. I didn't keep it long enough to get my first oil change. It was quiet, fast, and it drove really smooth. I never got pulled over, they probably thought a white woman was driving but I will say it did turn heads. I wasn't getting the attention that an S or a 7 would get but it was more of a , nice...

16 SVR. So far Incontrol issues + screen issues, alightment issue, heated seats and steering wheel issue. Electronic mess. Buy and only own with a warranty. My next daily won't be one.
