Any brehs with a range Rover or had one

Great thread op. So I’m seeing that range rovers aren’t good purchases pretty much, well at least used purchases.
So who makes the best SUVs?

If you want luxury and Performance I gotta say Mercedes. There's the Durango/Jeep SXT and SRT, the latter being $50k used.

BMW also makes performance SUVs, not sure about the maintenance. And There's Porsche Cayenne Turbos that I've been eyeing.

Range is for 2 years max, then dispose of it.

Depreciates badly and maintenence costs as high with a low resale value.

If you have the money for repairs then do it. Or just lease one.

Anyway, my ex people had a 2010(this was in 16’-17). They stayed having issues with it. Ended up selling it to a guy who wanted the engine out of it

I’d get a Cayenne Turbo over a range any day of the week. 100x more reliable and faster.

Had 2, currently with 1...one was 2016 midnight blue- looked blue in the day and black at night- all cream interior- old woman totaled it trying to beat a light.
Replace it with a 2018 charcoal gray-all windows and rims blacked out- 2 tone
interior- black & cream.

Both had coolant leak issues.
Dealership wanted $2700.
But there's a place in Detroit named Roverland..they did it for $1000..
They also do my oil changes for $140, and the dealership charges $325.,
So find a place that does European cars specifically and you will love a Range
