Almost peak running season

I got 8 on my plate for tomorrow with some light rain, low 50’s.

Still tryna get it in once a week outdoor jog. Weekends mostly..Theres a paved trail close to the crib. 4.5 miles.. my average time is 45 mins..



But this summers heat plus humidity plus age and weight

No runs the past 2 weeks due to travel

Needed to finally grab some new shoes last pair had at least 300 miles on em and they were done!

Came down to the Pegasus and the Vomeros

Pegasus were much easier on the eyes....but I went with the Vomeros which are fukking hideous but they felt so good on feet
