Any Engineering Brehs?

Any mechanical engineers here?
I was always a hands on type of guy and im not interested in computer science i was thinking M.E would fit me better and brehs can give me the outlook of your job? Im sure the demand is high but any info would be appreciated

funny how life works out that was in 2017. Now I am a Cyber Security engineering making probably more than I would have as an M.E.

I'm a network engineer making way more than I would have being an EE. Not to mention I get nods from the director when we're troubleshooting wireless/DWDM issues since I know how the shyt really works .

3 year associates focusing on Automation, just finished the program. Couldn't get an internship because of the pandemic but I'm done. Got a job at a company doing technician work but I wanna get into design as a Technologist or something. Controls is where the money is at

I have some PLC training using Allen Bradley models, the only thing I hate is that now that I'm out of school I can't practice on them anymore
