Let me ask the brehs. Anyone have experience with icon helmets ? Specifically the airframe pro. I've worn ARAI. and its great. Had some cheap helmets ...garbage. the arai quantum j the best I've had. Pause. Pros cons for icon? Who makes them? Koreans?

Saw this kid stranded at a very dangerous intersection
, ran over helped him carry his bike out the street. Apparently his breaks had locked up. RIGHT as he stopped at the light, he didn't even notice til he could roll forward when the light turned green..... so first thing I ask "have you done ANYTHING to your breaks??" Kid had put some nice ASV levers on kawi 650 and "added some brake fluid". He tells me he got it thru his friends dad from impound lot.... brehs I look at his brakes. ALL KINDS OF CORROSION all over calipers etc..he must have literally just got it from the lot and started riding.... after talking with him for a bit kid seemed dangerously naive(excited about the "great deal" he got on the levers and tires) and possibly some kind of cognitive issue idk but man, exchanged numbers...
Few days later dude went down..brakes locked up again...

On another note did fork rebuild with stronger springs... mane..

Well breh's ..I had a small fender bender 3 months ago.The whole accident was my fault.Getting too cocky on a bike can humble your ass real quick..No mechanically damage was done just cosmetic..I always wanted to change the fairings and go with a whole new paint scheme anyway..The new colors are Black and Purple... I extended the Swingarm 9 inches back in March..Lowered the front 1 inch and 2 inches in the rear.....Pretty much done with it now..The only thing I can see adding to it down the road is an Air Suspension.....

Have fun and be safe. I got both bikes in storage till at least April, these Cleveland winters are no joke.
I've only dealt with the Icon Alliance Dark helmets, not bad at all, very comfortable, decent wind noise. Most of my personal helmets have been Shoei RF1200's. Once you get used to that it's hard to go to anything else except an Arai.
