theres absolutely no need for an already established, older, working celeb or artist to be active on twitter at all. make a (verified) profile so no one else can hijack your name and just have your team post promo for whatever you're working on.

theres no benefit for these people to get down into the cess pool and interact with the pockets of weirdo Twitter who really only exist on that site, and in bubbles.

You got people with management, an agent, a PR firm at their disposal, and big projects with their own dedicated marketing strategies getting into arguments with people that have no real life experience outside of college campuses and internet echo chambers, or getting in arguments with second rate clickbait article authors.
