I've already lost 5lbs in two weeks. I think it works.
I am down 8 lbs total since i started. I run about 6 miles a week and lift 4 days a week. I'm picking up muscle so that may be slowing the weight loss. But, Im def seeing results. I got serious about weight loss in May and i went from 197 to 183 now. My goal is 170. The tea speeds up your metabolism. I shyt way more than i used to. It doesn't give you the runs, but you will go. If i was eating totally clean, the weight would fall off. But im about to deploy so im not doing that until i have to. I replace two meals a day with the shakes and my daily calorie intake is around 1200 , before you factor in all the cardio and lifting. The only bad thing i can say about herbalife is that its expensive as hell. so i would't do it unless your ready for that financial commitment because these fukking salesmen will hound you and a reup of meal replacement will only last like 15 days.progress breh?

Man you can't be serious? 1200 calories a day?! Your metabolism is going to be fukked up for real. You do realise your body is going to get used to you eating 1200 calories a day and the moment you start eating above that you're going to pile shyt back on and not to mention its dangerous.I am down 8 lbs total since i started. ok. im not a doctor or anything. I'll do more research.Man you can't be serious? 1200 calories a day?! Your metabolism is going to be fukked up for real. Also, fukk herbalife. Just eat better and exercise/lift weights. Drink green tea. That shyt speeds up your metabolism and you dont have to pay through the nose for that
A normal diet is supposed to be 2000. that's one less meal and im replacing bad food with healthier choices. I dont see the problem. Im not a big dude. i dont need 3000 calories a day to live. I would understand if i said 800 calories or something. I dont look sickly or anything like that. I didnt say that i was only drinking tea as my only source of food either. Its fundamental, if you want to lose weight: Eat less, eat healthy, and exercise. thats exactly what im doing. That's what I was'ing at.........1200 calories a day is absurd.
