Drink more water. Down some water as soon as you wake up. Eat healthier. Work out.

Biggest thing is get your sleep every night. Alarm shouldn’t be waking you up every morning.

Also maybe get some blood work make sure you properly nourished

When you wake up, get outta bed. Don’t lay there awake

bout to get back on vitamin D and water. Okay, vitamin D and Propel.

especially being I don't see much sun.

But my biggest problem right now is I should be sleep by 2pm and instead Im up til 3 or 4.

Yep, this is the best advice. Drink more water, sleep earlier and get more sleep. Get tests done. Get a blood test done and maybe a sleep study if all else fails.
