That's a deal breaker. Gotta be by some water. Don't care if it's a lake, river or the ocean. I discovered a fun fact about Michigan; no matter where you are in the state, you are no more than 90 miles from a Great Lake.

I actually don’t have a problem with Atlanta’s location. Even when I’m in Florida I barely hit the beach so I’m ok with just visiting and using the beach.

But I will say one thing it’s weird being a city where there are barely any bridges lol

And the lack of water means no fun waterfront activity

The more traffic gets worse and the more these cars break down it makes me wish it daily.

I was just reading an article how Climate change is creating more rats in America and cars being put in the shop for rodent damage has increased.

I just want to ride a bike at this point and use high speed rail lol

It would work great in the northeast and Midwest. The northeast is sort of built like Europe anyway.

The challenge might be the southwest where cities are much far apart

I get this impression.

I line in South London and the beach is 50mins drive.

How good would a high speed rail be? Like how fast could you get to the coast from the midwest?

They go up to 200 mph. So assuming it was nonstop the whole way.(not a bunch of other stops) it would take about 11 hours from Ohio to LA.

Driving normally would take a couple days.
