I just stop drinking three months ago due to a panic disorder and my psychiatrist told me that alcohol can promote anxiety so I said fukk it and haven't touch a drink since. Never done drugs since I smoked weed over 15 years ago so I'm straight on that. Anybody else wanna hop on the #SoberMovement?

I never drink but I do smoke weed on rare occasions though. I'm talking maybe 5 or 6 times a year.

ive tried them but just not for me. and people always look at me and act like WHAT!!!!! U DONT SMOKE OR DRINK????? HOLY shytTTT!!!!!! and im like wtf is it that big of a deal? never understood why people act that way its just my preference. i also have issues with anxiety, use lorazepam but only every so often i hate taking any kind of medication too.

I love alcohol too much to fully give it up, but I don't drink more than twice a week normally (gym life).
