Unpossiblei went from a 445 deadlift to 135
after a month I was able to get up to 335 where I'm at right now
all i was able to do is bodyweight shyt at the crib

None of what anyone thinks matters in reality. That said I don’t think most people really care about what other people lift. To your point most people aren’t crazy well rounded in a lot of gyms. Even I have to admit I can squat and deadlift intermediate amounts but my bench has always been hot garbage.Don't worry B. Most people in the gyms I be at ain't really bout that life, so most of em be struggling.
The lil Beckys/Latinx girls be in there squatting less than a plate/benching 5-10 on each side (sistahs don't eem show up), and the dudes still skipping legs and be putting 225 on bench or under mostly.

I only raise eyebrows when it’s fukkery and that’s normally people loading up way more weight than they can handle or doing multiple things with light weight instead of getting a decent number behind a compound![]()
