Just got one of these in the mail.
Turns out it was my wife driving my truck. Since this the coli, I'm sure was off cheating on me, I share her and all that good stuff.
But anyways, I know this BS can't hold up in court. There is no picture of the driver. I'm an expert at getting over and beating systems and I know there's a way to avoid this too.
I already found out this isn't even a real citation. Muhfukkas think I'ma pay just because they have a pic of my tag.
The fine print on the back said it's not a citation but if I don't pay it will become one and court costs will be added. Isn't that extortion?
Anybody ever deal with this nonsense? Or better yet beat it?
Of course it's not a citation, cuz they don't have proof u were even driving. So that's why it can't put points on ur insurance. It's just another way for a municipality to nickel and dime the little guy. It's bullshyt. U know most places that have these cameras are in business with the camera company and they split the revenue? The camera company agrees to put cameras up for free in exchange for the municipality sharing the dough.
I just got one in the mail, Chicago has them EVERYWHERE, but I'm going to dispute mine and see what happens 
, so when you disputed your's, what was the process it took for them to throw it out?
