Anybody Ever Get a Camera Traffic Ticket?

they put a bunch of these in arizona and the people just told arizona to go fukk themselves and they got rid of the cameras. I think they are starting to do it in philly now too but will see how long that last philly dont fukk around.

Just got one of these in the mail.

Turns out it was my wife driving my truck. Since this the coli, I'm sure was off cheating on me, I share her and all that good stuff.

But anyways, I know this BS can't hold up in court. There is no picture of the driver. I'm an expert at getting over and beating systems and I know there's a way to avoid this too.

I already found out this isn't even a real citation. Muhfukkas think I'ma pay just because they have a pic of my tag.

The fine print on the back said it's not a citation but if I don't pay it will become one and court costs will be added. Isn't that extortion?

Anybody ever deal with this nonsense? Or better yet beat it?

maybe i should have just disputed through mail like you said. seems smarter.

i had one a few yrs back and never paid it. the camera was removed from the spot that caught me and the bill i owed the city vanished

Yeah you tell em you don't trust the breathalyzer and you want a blood test. By the time they get you to the hospital, admit you and administer the test your alcohol levels should be legal.

Downside to this is you might be too drunk to remember.

It wasn't me driving, that's for sure. I did a lil research and found out they're gonna pressure me into giving up my wife's info but "I don't know."

But I think the whole thing is BS. If a cop pulls me over, fine you got me. I used to average a speeding ticket every 6 months so I know that game. But they got a picture? That's it? Cops don't even need to pull you over anymore? I'll pay the ticket if that fat ass cop agrees to a pay cut.

It's the principle of it all, but I definitely wasn't driving anyway.

Those tickets dont incur any insurance point simply because they cant prove who was driving at the time. I usually just pay em and keep it moving

Breh when they first came out with these in Miami, You just needed to dispute it and say u werent driving. Because in Florida to issue a moving violation you need to identify the driver and not just the vehicle....I say dispute it...say u live in a house full of niccas who all share one car
