Two young chicks and about 4-5 kids.

Yard is covered in trash and toys to the point where I have to pick up a cup or bag off my lawn like every other day. Sometimes a toy just be in my yard like once a week.

Recently somebody drove thru my yard to park in their back yard. The side yard in between the houses is mostly my property. They have about 6 feet of it.. not enough to fit a car thru without driving on my grass.

My younger brother went and talked to them and we thought that was it. Then one of them came and knocked on the door while me and bro were at work and talked to moms. Kinda disrespectful. Saying that we don't own the whole side and they gonna drive thru when they feel like it.

Unc got on the horn, found the landlord and we think the landlord talked to them. Seems like we may have an understanding now.

Here's the problem. The main chick over there is all drama.

yeah i had some domestic violence type neighbors when i got my 1st apartment - - damn near every weekend would be a yelling match, dude accusing shawty of seeing another nikka and vice versa, shawty would end up crying and leaving, just to come back - - the landlord told me he had to kick them out cuz the chick tried to run him over with the whip a couple times

Take control of the situation asap. Passive aggressiveness won't work and will escalate things.

Next time you see her. Confront. Be cordial "hey, how you doing? Good? I see the kids out here playing, it's getting nice, etc, etc. (Get the small talk out the way) I know y'all park behind there, which is cool, just make sure they don't drive on my side."

Hopefully she apologizes and moves on. If she does consider it cool, until the next time. Or if she goes off, now you have upper hand.

At that point just turn your back and go on in the house because an argument in the front yard ain't gonna solve nothing. At that point you just gotta wait until they do it again then...confront it as you see fit, but confront it.

A guy on fear thy neighbor put some nails in a board and put the board in the grass so when the dude drove over it it flattened his tires. He got shot though.
