Looks like a nice area generally, but adjacent to a project. Two houses been shot up on my same block in the past few years. A broad day shoot out knocked the front and rear windshields of moms car some years ago.

The crib is my family home I grew up in. Now me and bro are looking after moms and unc in their twilight years. House is plenty big enough for all of us. We actually have two bedrooms that are empty... meaning there have been way more than 4 people living here at once thru the years.

I have a neighbor that I hate.

We recently had a bad storm. Some branches fell down. Not much. I sat mine on the street for the city to collect. He left his all over his yard. I didn’t think much of it.

I came home from work and all my branches were gone. This motherfukker had about 250 3-4 foot logs stacked up on the street neat as hell. Like 6 foot tall. Looking like a mini log cabin.

The only thing I could think of was someone paid him to cut trees down on their property.

I asked him was he serious? fakkit was like I pay property taxes too. You don’t like it? Call the city and complain they’ll pick it up quicker for me.

Last summer my son came home and was telling me the neighbor son had gotten into a fight with an adult on the bike trail.

The neighbor asked me why didnt my son try to help his son.. I told him because my son is smart. He was pissed..

Hate this dude. Asked me to not to smoke in my garage because he works from home and the smoke coming out the window be in his backyard. I was like don’t you smoke? Are you retarded?

Two young chicks and about 4-5 kids.

Yard is covered in trash and toys to the point where I have to pick up a cup or bag off my lawn like every other day. Sometimes a toy just be in my yard like once a week.

Recently somebody drove thru my yard to park in their back yard. The side yard in between the houses is mostly my property. They have about 6 feet of it.. not enough to fit a car thru without driving on my grass.

My younger brother went and talked to them and we thought that was it. Then one of them came and knocked on the door while me and bro were at work and talked to moms. Kinda disrespectful. Saying that we don't own the whole side and they gonna drive thru when they feel like it.

Unc got on the horn, found the landlord and we think the landlord talked to them. Seems like we may have an understanding now.

Here's the problem. The main chick over there is all drama.

She ready to fuss about everything. How does a man handle a woman like that. A total stranger who will say something slick at the drop of a hat.

basically most people these are dusty, nasty no decency pieces of shyt,, most of these renters are rude drama filled pieces of shyt,,,

yeah i had some domestic violence type neighbors when i got my 1st apartment - - damn near every weekend would be a yelling match, dude accusing shawty of seeing another nikka and vice versa, shawty would end up crying and leaving, just to come back - - the landlord told me he had to kick them out cuz the chick tried to run him over with the whip a couple times

I'm in the south in the hood. There's one white dude with dreads who has a black lady and kids.. I hardly ever even see him. He's a mf ghost. Which is prolly smart. Other than that.. it's a black neighborhood. Few migos here and there as you start getting to the outskirts of our side.

They Black. Petite but nice shaped. The amount of kids says to me they definitely hetero.
