Anybody got ratchet neighbors who love drama?

I'm in the south in the hood. There's one white dude with dreads who has a black lady and kids.. I hardly ever even see him. He's a mf ghost. Which is prolly smart. Other than that.. it's a black neighborhood. Few migos here and there as you start getting to the outskirts of our side.

They Black. Petite but nice shaped. The amount of kids says to me they definitely hetero.

Be like “I understand what you guys got going on, it’s a lot and very busy raising kids and working full time. I just want to see if we can come to some understanding of the yard and your guests leaving tire marks in our grass on this side…” blah blah blah.

And trust me bro, I can imagine having neighbors like that. One neighbor we had literally kept his yard like a fenced in dump… shyt hoarded everywhere.

We would get flying roaches and all kinds of shyt flying into our yard because of it, stray animals leaving cat shyt everywhere. I actually thought about throwing a net on our side of the open garage just to keep whatever tf this guy has flying out of his yard coming into ours.

Like I said, the inside of their place is most likely worse. Most people at least try to make the outside presentable.. not if they don’t give af about shyt though. Use caution

Yes, neighbor to my right is an old drunk who can't stand the sound of silence and has his music on 24/7, even when he leaves the house on his bicycle. I talked to him personally to turn it down just enough that I faintly hear it thru my kitchen wall but no longer hear any bass or sound when I'm watching tv, but he is beefing with his upstairs neighbor so thats another reason he leaves the music on, my upper to the right neighbor also loves drama and fighting and hear her stomping on the ground to piss him off. These two are like cats and dogs and have restraining orders against eachother and both try to talk to me about eachother and I just say I'm out the way just don't bother me with their shyt. The bytch told me she was going to set fireworks at his door cause he keyed her car. I just told her don't let none come at my door or it's an issue. I hate where I live, I've never told on nobody and handle my greviences in person with them but I can't wait until their gone
