basically, my stomach is never really properly full or hungry

So as a result, whenever I go to bed, I either get indigestion and even dizziness when I'm full.... or, I'm too hungry and my sleep quality is poor.

I can never eat dinner at like 6-8 when just be done for the rest of the day. I'm either not digesting it well or I'm hungry.

P.S I also find it hard to sleep more than 6 consecutive hours without having to pee, even if I don't drink much before going to bed. It's not frequent urination or anything, its just that I can't get 8 hours.

I've probably slept up to 7 hours consecutive only like 5 times in the last year :mjcry:

Schedule a doctor appointment.

check if you’re drinking enough water or consuming fiber

I just fixed an indigestion problem on my own and those two were the culprits for me

You're a year older, but have there been any changes in your life the past year?
Diet? Work schedule? Exercise routine?

Above the fray.
Gallon of Water and psyllium husk 3 times a day returned my stool to normal and killed bloating and gas.
Been dealing with minor symptoms for close to a year.

back to my old self now
Glad it worked out for you.

Did you immediately start with the supplement or did you try to increase vegetables in diet first?

So I've been eating a lot more protein on average the last 5 or so years in general when I was trying to get in shape. (I used to be pretty weak compared to others, and muscle-less. Not sure if it's related). These sleep issues slowly started around that time.

It's ramped up these past few months, as I'm trying to bulk - so I'm eating even more protein. Trying to get at least 170-180g. I've also been back on protein powder fhe last few months.

So maybe my body just doesn't properly digest protein well? Could be causing kidney problems too?

Edit: also, I did drop some 30 lbs some years back to get lean, then have added more muscle (but some fat too) since then. I've noticed that I get fuller and take longer to digest to since then.

I'll definitely go to the doctors

Greens, vitamins, then I went to aloe Vera and natural diuretics— didn’t work. Garlic got rid of all my acne and so did liver herbs but didn’t solve my problems. Tried betaine hcl and bile producing stuff and digestive enzymes. Didn’t work. I quit protein powders cause I thought they were thickening my bile

two days of ALOT of water and psyllium husk with meals, Im good. Also took pre and probiotics.. I take the husk with protein

op should see a doctor. Save yourself the money and stress. Could be something simple
