Middle age rage :dead:

Nah but seriously do you work out? I have no idea if that matters regarding knee health but I'm 34 so I'd like to know how to avoid becoming flabby n sick like you if I can avoid it :feedme:

All the time. Been working out regularly since 2009. This knee issue/leg issue the doctors predicted i would be having when I got older when they examined my legs when I was way younger. I also have in toeing as well so my legs are twisting inward while the muscle is also pushing out to the right so theres so bowlegging going on. My knees swell from time to time. One of my bucket list is to run the NYC marathon at some point in my life and not giving that dream up. I actually am thin and not :flabbynsick: if anything, I have problems gaining and keeping on weight. Always had. My metabolism never slowed down.

You have to do stretches in the morning and night. It goes a long way breh. I was in your spot one time.
This helps too.

I’ll add dynamic warm up’s before work outs, static stretches afterwards

Foam rolling too.

I stretch every day before bed/ after work out. I foam roll my legs before bed or after work outs on leg days. I use the massage gun or massage ball on my upper body after upper body days.

It goes a long way in mitigating injuries.

Stretch mane

May have to do that regularly though. I stretch sometimes but my muscles act like a b1tch. Even had to stop doing tae kwon doe because the instructor was like I had issues with stretching my legs with some of those exercises. He didnt want me to injure myself with how my legs were acting. Might be time to see a doctor about it though Im scared of what might be coming. Dont want to get any surgery. If they gave me braces for the legs, then cool.

How’s your health? Might be inflammation. U over weight? High blood pressure? Do you stretch? Some times it’s the muscles surrounding the knee that may need some stretching etc

Crazy thing is I would get a physical but my doctor dont even have any availability time slots until February and March. The last time i had was April and that was a 4 month wait. Trying to find new doctor. Covid seemed to make those doctors have less time. Its more or less trying to avoid getting fukked over by the insurance or these medical billing people because they seem to be looking for loopholes. They got me a couple of times. :snoop: Next year might be worse.

It seems like the more Im getting closer to the 40 year mark, my knees and legs are turning against me. :mindblown: apparently my left knee might be out of alignment. :snoop: shyt is hurting like a motherfukker. The right one is too. Ive been trying to shake it off before seeing a doctor which apparently wont be for a minute due to scheduling issues. The doctors expected this to happen to me at some point but damn, Im trying to stay healthy and not on some :flabbynsick: gang sh1t. My back and left shoulder are acting weird too where it feels like my left shoulder is pushing itself into my spine.

Okay I had my fun.
I know alot about physiotherapy, i can help here.
1) First and foremost do you have a gym membership? If not get one, specifically one with a sledge.
This is a sledge:

2) Secondly, what kind of job do you have? Your back/shoulder pain probably comes from muscular imbalances. Do you have an adjustable bed that goes up and down? Or do you sleep in blankets or something rather than a flat bed with nothing on it?

2b) Does it hurt more when you breathe?
2c) If you rotate your neck, and look up and down, does it hurt more?
2d) Check in the mirror if your backing is winging, like if you go to a clothing store with a changing room with mulittple mirrors around you that can help.
2e) where exactly in your back does it hurt? can you pinpoint the pain? It helps if you use your finger.
