How’s your health? Might be inflammation. U over weight? High blood pressure? Do you stretch? Some times it’s the muscles surrounding the knee that may need some stretching etc
Next year might be worse.I do take 5mg of glucosamine daily and lot of water in the AM.48 and no problems. Takes them a little time to warm up on leg days but otherwise good.
