You'd think oatmeal would help with something like that. And its tha milk triggering your lactose not tha oats. Switch to almond milk (vanilla or honey).Just butter, milk, and sugar.
Oatmeal is actually one of my most favorite foods. I love it but it doesn’t love me.
It triggers my Crohn’s and my lactose intolerance.
