Stay away from anything containing any variation of the word "soy" including the actual word soy (just to be clear). Soy literally destroys your testosterone and its in hella shyt.

Yeah. It was ok. The texture was off, but that’s to be expected. I’ve learned that sacrificing taste is part of the transition to eating properly for health.
I’ve been cooking vegan for a while now and I don’t like these products. The pea protein used is very dry.
For burgers and sausage, I make my own from scratch.
Try this sausage recipe
TVP
Vegan beef/pork/mushroom soup mix or broth
low sodium soy sauce
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Sage
red pepper flakes
Ground mustard
Blk pepper
Ground fennel but don’t go overboard. I HATE WHOLE FENNEL. It overpowers EVERYTHING
Coconut oil
A little plant milk
Pinch butter into the mixture like biscuits.
Fold gently
Let the mixture set overnight and you’ll have some delicious vegan bulk sausage u can make breakfast sausage patties with, crumbles for spaghetti or vegan meatloaf (add breadcrumbs, vegan egg replacer, onions, peppers and more plant milk...shape into loaf and bake....)

Pretty much what some videos I watched said in a nutshell but I wasnt tryin to piss on no parades. A lot of ppl dont want to hear it.Tried both, tasted decent- prefer the beyond burger though.
It's Genetically engineered so it probably causes the same cancer your avoiding by not eating red meat
