Only thing I want to work on again starting today is staying away from people who smoke for awhile and even drink, because although I don't do either A LOT, I really want to cut out my smoking.
Realized I didn't smoke much when I meditated, and I'm running a mile or so 4 or 5 days out of week so no more cigs and such for me.
