Failure is destined for many people that have socioeconomic forces rigged against them and rendering many aspects of their life out of their control.

Compare the childhoods of the average Black person in Southside Chicago to a Zuckerberg or a Warren Buffet...and you'll understand no amount of hard work, determination and education can make up for that level of socioeconomic advantage.

The odds of a Black person becoming a millionaire is at 6 percent, the odds of a White person and an Asian person becoming a millionaire is in the 20s.

Whenever someone "fails at life" it is the society's fault. Society produces people. People do not produce society.

There is no such thing as free will...the power of genetics, economics, history and politics crushes your individual will and really just makes you a biological machine, computing and outputting inputs. Our lives are predetermined by events that precedes us, programmed into us once were are conceived, even when are thought of.

Just think about it...

Our parents lives...and their parents lives and their parents lives and the events that occurred in their lives...determines our lives...and so and so on....

You don't even control who will be who...people are born everyday.

What makes you you?

Why aren't you somebody else's child?

Why were you born in this country?

Success in this life is due to randomness...and fortune...

I know a few people that has for the most part "failed at life" but it isn't their fault...

I got a cousin thats been sitting on the couch for a decade

when i visit my grandma ...and see him...hes just a shell of a once ambitious youthful guy. u look into his eyes, and see nothing....hes gone mentally....

thats what happens when theres no economic opportunities, and you're uneducated with no skills.....mix in distractions like tv, partying and bytches

u end end stagnant in your 30s.....just dead internally ....finished

thats what these cacs up here try to do to me by black balling me from my industry....when u dont get a fair chance in life....u end up taking some low paying job....then after 40 hours a week, you're to tired to work on your craft, so u eventually quit, meet some wack local chick, settle down and have kids...gain debt and grow old and then your dreams are over

but if given a fair chance, things could be different for many people.....me ,i refused that life....and still figured out how to do it on my own...its hard and u have to give 100%, but if thats what it take not to end up another lost soul wandering around aimlessly downtown Buffalo begging for change...ill do it

A lot have no ambition and will settle with the bare minimum from what I've seen. Some had potential and could do more with their life if they had more drive but they're fine with the bare minimum or don't take life seriously.

I don't like being around people that are fine with settling in life and are fine with just surviving rather than living. That weak mentality can infect other people and drag them down to that level. I'm not where I want to be in life yet but I don't think I'll ever be happy and content with the bare minimum like a lot of people.

I know less complete failures but a lot of mediocre people. Chicks making $14 an hour at a call center. Dudes working custodial or retail gigs in their 30's.

The majority of people I came up with make less than $40K, and I'm not even from a grimey area.

Now, my college buddies are feasting. Most of them are 6 figs +.

seriously man...being stagnant is no joke...hes not the only one...most of the men on both sides of my fame are stagnant and died stagnant....their whole lives was 40 oz, weed, dice games, fights, jail, staying with in the same neighborhood their whole life...never even going to the other side of the city

he ended up that way ....by choosing to go into the club, partying, entertainment business, without the ambition u need in a competitive cutt throat business like that.....im assuming , ....he wanted a lil local fame and some pretty thots at first....

and then every man greatest enemy came into play...TIME, time is the ultimate equalizer, it levels all playing fields....nobody can beat the hands of time....

he got older, and reality started to take over...if u have no education about how society works, u have no marketable skills, no discipline, no drive and no education....this society pretty much we sallow u

hes like 31 i think....and hes on that couch lost, he have no idea how to get off....hes dead spiritually, i see no passion in him...like that nas song , second child hood....

his plans are still the same, hes still doing the same thing he was 10 years ago, only hes a 31 year old man among kids...sort of like the "old nikka at the club" his peers moved on. Hes that creepy old man around young kids now. bags under his eyes, belly hanging out. Like that nikka benard hopkins, getting knocked through the ropes at 52....sad sight

its a cold reminder about how cruel time is, thats why i always quit or got fired from my jobs...jobs can really make ppl become stagnant, esp if its a good job

some of the lessons i learned is to always grind non stop, perfect your craft or whatever, always try to be among the best in the world not just local, learn how to do everything on your own even if you do have help, being fearless, always moving forward..never falling into routines , avoiding drugs and alcohol and consuming toxic media

im at the point where i just read, watch educational videos and work on my shyt...because this society purposely put distractions to throw us off track....i just try to detach myself from worldly desires

From what I've seen..
Apart from addiction, illness or major trauma,,

People typically fail because (1) they don't pick the right associates
and (2) they don't elevate/challenge/help the people around them (their team)
