Anybody on child support?

did any of ya'll try to get custody of their child? i know the odds aren't in my favor. but if me and my girl breakup, best believe im suing for custody of my daughter.

here in texas its 20% for 1 child of your gross, not net income, for those of you with kids, dont pay the mother even if things are cool, because the court wont count any of that. Your best bet is to put yourself on child support. My cousin lucked out he went to court to put himself on child support, and they asked his ex, did she want about 2 yrs worth of back CS because he was just writing her checks, the amount would have been over $4,0000 but she said no. He pays $492 a month for his daughter and has her on his insurance which was already the case when him and the ex were still together

Yeah I advise most people to GET on child support or keep a-game records, deposit slips, checks and shyt.

That back pay could kill you if she wants to stab you in the back. The Govt tried to get her to do me that way.

I only tried during the initial divorce, and moms got it. I would have to prove extensive fukk ups on her part. Im just gonna wait til my son is 14 and he can choose. He turns 13 this year

I'm going to do it when my child becomes of age, I think its 12, and can speak for herself. I'm going for at least joint custody. Her mother isn't a bad mom, just a bytch for me to deal with, and she threw me under the bus when we went to court.

My lil girl ,7, complains now about the time she gets to spend with me. I try and to make her feel better about it without throwing her mother under the bus(will not deviate from standard custody) because I don't want her caught in between a war. Once she comes of age though, its on.

my cousin when he went to talk to lawyers all of them told him that judges perfer that child support be court-appointed and that many judges will look at the checks/money orders, etc as gifts, even if its noted that its for child support


luckily for my cousin he gets along with his ex, they dont follow the court guidelines for visitation, he gets his daughter whenever he wants, which is usually 2 days a week every week, sometimes 3 depending on his work schedule

I did get custody of both of my kids thank god the system is all fukked up like some of us fathers ain't no good and shyt when we are a better parent so they assume the mom is all great and gives the kid or kids to them and then she acts like a ass and trys to keep kid from u I've seen this way too often

I'm so grateful I don't deal with that shyt at all the system needs to be fair point blank and simple not favoritism

Unless child support is leaving u homeless and eating top ramen, I don't see the issue.

Its money you would've spent on your child regardless, right?

My sons father isn't on CS. That's cuz whenever and whatever I need, he gives it to me. I don't have to chase him down. If I did, he would be on CS no hesitation

I'm not saying any of u are guilty of this, but I have witnessed men buy their kid a pair of sneakers, and feel like he doesn't need to do anything else for the rest of the month

I have no pity for nikkas that pay child support, especially if you didn't fight for custody. If you dont want cs stop fukking bytches raw, stop fukking bytches you would hate to get pregnant. If nikkas followed these 2 simple rules not only would the amount of unwanted child drop significantly so would the rising STD rates.

If you help conceive a life you should be held liable financially for that child. nikkas that hate child support are nikkas that want to be free of both the social and financial burden of raising a child.
